My Mother in law whom lives out of town messed up on a Christmas check for My two children to get their Christmas presents and they wouldn't do anything to help us out with cashing it. My Mother in law has been a long time customer of Bank of America and I feel that they could have contacted her to assure that the check was ok, but instead they turned Me away and did NOTHING! Merry Christmas, never will visit your branch again!!!
