- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Extremely disappointed with our oceans luxury rental Christmas experience. Management company showed initial interest in making things right but after our 2nd call to them their tone completely changed. Very Poor customer service. They seem to only be interested in making their money not the customer’s experience. We are a well-traveled low maintenance group. The Oceans Luxury Rental group is one of the worst we've ever dealt with. Our property (vrbo #1075989) and the management company is doing the industry a disservice.
